Takayoshi Oshima
Chairman and CEO, Allied Telesis Holding K.K. and CEO ATI Group
Mr. Oshima founded Allied Telesis Inc. in March 1987 and has served as its chairman, CEO, and representative director since its inception. He has also held technical, marketing, and managerial positions with companies spearheading the growth of the high-technology industry over the past 30 years, including ITT, Fairchild Camera Instrument, Advanced Micro Devices, and, most recently, Ungermann-Bass. Mr. Oshima holds a BSEE from the University of Florida.

Fred Huey
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Huey joined Allied Telesis Inc. in January, 2007. Mr. Huey has more than 18 years’ experience working with technology and entertainment companies in the Silicon Valley. He currently manages Allied Telesis finance and accounting functions for North America, Latin America, and EMEA. Prior to Allied Telesis, Mr. Huey held various financial and management positions within the Sega Group from Sega of America, Inc., CSK International headquarters, and Sega.com over a 16-year period. Mr. Huey has extensive experience with U.S. restructuring, financial reporting, strategic and financial planning, and overseeing mergers and acquisition deals. Mr. Huey graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in accounting.

Eu-Jin Lim
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lim joined Allied Telesis Inc. in 1992 and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for Allied Telesis Inc. Additionally, Mr. Lim is head of engineering for the Allied Telesis, Inc. Enterprise Products division as well as global manufacturing. Prior to joining Allied Telesis, he held technical positions at Conner Peripherals Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Conner Peripherals, Inc. Mr. Lim holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Western Australia.

Mick Burke
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Burke joined Allied Telesis Inc. in February 2002. He currently manages the Allied Telesis Global Information Technology division, global Web operations, and human resources. Mr. Burke is an experienced IT leader with an 18-year track record of increasing responsibilities and successful organizational contributions. Prior to Allied Telesis, Mr. Burke held various IT management positions at LSI Logic over a six-year period. Mr. Burke holds a B.A. degree from Stanford University.

Phil Jopa
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Mr. Jopa focuses on integrating current and future technologies to improve the Company's technology leadership position in the networking and connectivity markets. Mr. Jopa has more than 30 years’ experience in the communications industry. Mr. Jopa joined Allied Telesis from Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for network solutions design for some of the highest-profile NSP customers in North America. He spent the early years of his career in technical positions with Timeplex, Modular Computer Systems, and Anderson Jacobson.
